SIMON LARKE, Director
- Simon is the Director and owner of Larke Property Group and has extensive building industry knowledge, having worked in property development for over 30 years. Simon is passionate about architecture, construction, landscaping, and property development, which is evident in the quality of the build Larke Property Group delivers.
- Simon established himself in Sydney NSW, as a luxury home builder, specialising in exclusive builds on acreage estates in Sydney's affluent North West and the lower North Shore. Since 2012, Simon has been based in Queensland's Sunshine Coast, working on large property subdivisions and developments. Simon's love of his work and ability to envisage how a project will appear on completion has enabled his business to evolve successfully.
